Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of degree, up to 4 years of related experience may be accepted.
• Minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience with solution-selling and managing customers in a defined territory.
• Knowledge of industrial gases or welding supply sales is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develops and executes sales plans to service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
• Cultivates customer relationships by understanding the customer’s business and providing consultative value.
• Prepares sales proposals by quoting pricing, terms, and delivery estimates.
• Maintains and submits sales reports (daily calls, weekly plans, monthly/annual analyses) as required.
• Manages Accounts Receivable balances to minimize working capital risk.
