Inizio Engage in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks a Territory Sales Representative to develop strategic account plans across hospitals, IDNs, and outpatient sites. You will build relationships with physicians and hospital leaders, educate on therapy benefits, and identify opportunities to grow the portfolio.

Expect 70% travel, a base pay range of $105k–$195k, and a dynamic, collaborative team focused on patient outcomes and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience calling on hospitals, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, physician offices, or infusion providers preferred.
• Able to manage a large geographic territory with ~70% travel.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans for assigned hospitals, IDNs, and outpatient accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital leaders, and purchasing teams.
• Educate customers on disease states, product benefits and appropriate utilization.
• Navigate complex healthcare organizations to understand decision-making structures.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities within existing accounts.
