Inizio Engage is seeking a performance-driven Territory Sales Representative to expand our portfolio within hospitals, IDNs, and physician offices across California. You will develop territory business plans, nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, and drive education on product utilization and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sales.
• Experience calling on hospitals, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, physician offices.
• Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and leveraging customer insights to manage territory performance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans for hospitals and IDNs.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Educate customers on disease states, product benefits, and appropriate product utilization.
• Navigate complex healthcare organizations to understand account structures and decision processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships within existing accounts.
• Analyze territory performance, customer insights, and market trends to adjust strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and territory documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Marketing, National Accounts, and cross-functional partners.
• Attend local, regional, and national meetings, product trainings, and industry conferences.
