Job summary

Inizio Engage in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across hospitals, IDNs, and outpatient providers. You will develop strategic plans, educate physicians and decision-makers, and expand relationships within assigned accounts to deliver value and growth.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare sales, a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and ability to travel ~70% across a defined California territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience calling on hospitals, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, physician offices, or infusion providers.
• Acute care, specialty biologics, immunology, or buy-and-bill experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans for hospitals, IDNs, outpatient centers, and large pharmacy accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital admins, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
• Educate customers on disease states, product benefits, and appropriate utilization; discuss clinical and business aspects.
• Navigate complex healthcare organizations to understand account structures and decision processes.
• Identify new opportunities and expand relationships to drive territory growth.
• Analyze territory performance and market trends to adjust strategies; maintain CRM documentation.
