Job summary

Inizio Engage in Boston, MA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to develop and execute territory plans across hospitals, IDNs, and outpatient providers. You will build relationships with physicians, pharmacy leaders, and hospital admins to educate about our client’s portfolio and drive product adoption.

Candidates should have 3–5 years healthcare sales, strong communication and CRM experience, and willingness to travel ~70%. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience.
• Experience calling on hospitals, IDNs, physician offices, or infusion providers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to ~70% and manage a large geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans for hospitals, IDNs, outpatient centers, and large outpatient pharmacy accounts.
• Cultivate strong relationships with physicians, pharmacy leaders, hospital admins, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
• Educate customers on disease states, product benefits, and appropriate product utilization.
• Navigate complex healthcare organizations to understand account structures and decision processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships within existing accounts to grow the territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasts, and territory records.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and industry conferences; travel as needed.
