Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to lead complex implementations for health plans and strategic employers. You will manage client transitions from current PBMs, implement new services, and coordinate with Navitus SMEs to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success.

You’ll build early client relationships, facilitate kickoff and requirements discovery, and provide go-live support while coordinating across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA products preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel.
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist the Client with facilitating impact analysis to determine requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Ensure all requirements are documented in standard project templates and obtain client approval before builds.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for monitoring.
• Provide weekly status reports to management, SMEs, and clients.
• Assist with escalated client, member, and project issues as needed.
• Provide go-live support via remote, on-site, or client site, including occasional non-business days.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
• Support other client-related projects and internal department projects.
• Travel as needed to meet client requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
