Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead complex client onboarding and implementation efforts. You will interface with health plans and strategic employers, manage requirements, and drive successful transitions to Navitus from current PBMs.

You will build early client relationships, coordinate with Navitus SMEs, and ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and milestones. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects for external clients.
• Ability to gather requirements and facilitate client kickoff.
• Understanding of PBM or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Participation in compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary client-facing contact with travel expectations.
• Facilitate new client Kick-off Meetings for requirements gathering.
• Assist with impact analysis to define requirements.
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and item logs.
• Provide weekly status updates to management and clients.
• Support escalated client, member, or project issues as needed.
• Provide go-live support via remote or on-site access.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings.
• Support other client and internal projects.
