Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to oversee complex healthcare transitions and service implementations. The role involves working with health plans and strategic employer clients, managing requirements, and leading projects from kickoff to go-live.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong client relationships, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with Navitus subject matter experts to ensure a smooth

Qualifications

• 4 years' project management experience with external clients
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Responsibilities

• Prepare for Readiness Assessments and potential sales initiatives
• Act as primary client face with travel
• Lead Kick-off Meetings for requirements gathering and discovery
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval
• Create and maintain detailed project plan and items log
• Provide weekly status updates to client and Navitus team
• Assist with escalated issues and post-implementation support
• Provide go-live support via remote/on-site access
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings
• Travel as needed to meet client requirements
• Support internal department projects
