Allegheny Health Network analytics and reporting professional sought to support financial, operational, and clinical performance. You’ll partner with hospital and physician groups to provide analytical support, mentor junior analysts, and explain trends using detailed data.

Responsibilities include ad-hoc analyses, variance analysis, data integration across datasets, and presenting executive summaries with actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, statistics, or related field, or 6 years of related experience.
• 3 years in decision support and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to analyze data from financial, operational, and clinical sources.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract strategic insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter attitude.

Responsabilités

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and/or profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
• Analyses variances versus budget, forecast, or benchmarks to identify opportunities.
• Integrates operational and clinical data for holistic insights.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify shifts in patient and mix.
• Creates executive summaries with findings, recommendations and takeaways.
• Other duties as assigned.
