Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field OR 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and able to analyze diverse data types.
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and extract strategic insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build cross‑organizational partnerships.
• Self-starter who initiates progress on major projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and/or profitability to explain financial results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses for business trends and leadership.
• Analyzes variances relative to budget, forecast, or benchmarks.
• Supplements financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of patient, procedure, or payor mix changes.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts on the team.
