Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics or 6 years related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to analyze financial, operational, clinical data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost and profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
• Analyzes variances to budget/forecast and identifies improvement opportunities.
• supplements financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with key findings and recommendations.
