Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or 6 years of related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive strategic insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner across the organization.
• Self-starter who drives progress on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and/or profitability to explain financial results and enhance business understanding.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses on topics requested by leadership.
• Analyzes variances relative to budget, forecast, prior year, or benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supplements financial analysis with operational and/or clinical data for holistic context.
• Utilizes rate/volume calculations to quantify the impact of changes in patient mix, procedure mix, payor mix, or other business shifts.
• Creates and presents executive-level summaries of major analytical projects with key findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned or requested
