You will mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a robust analytics capability while delivering executive-level insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field (or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree).
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial, operational, and clinical data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-organizational collaboration.
• Self-starter with initiative and progress-driving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results and support decisions.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses per stakeholder requests.
• Analyzes variances against budget/forecast and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Combines financial with operational/clinical data for holistic insights.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of patient/process changes.
• Creates executive-level summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
