Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field or 6 years of progressive experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to interpret diverse data (financial, operational, clinical).
• Ability to handle large datasets and extract strategic insights; manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses for business trends or leadership requests.
• Analyzes variances versus budget/forecast; identifies improvement opportunities.
• Combines financial and operational/clinical data for holistic context.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of patient, procedure, or payor mix changes.
• Creates executive summaries with key findings, recommendations and insights.
• Other duties as assigned.
