Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field or 6 years related experience
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial, operational, clinical data
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and derive insights
• Strong time management to handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who drives progress with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership
• Analyzes variances to assess performance and opportunities
• Supplements analysis with operational/clinical data for context
• Uses rate/volume metrics to quantify shifts in patient or service mix
• Creates and presents executive summaries with findings and recommendations
• Other duties as assigned or requested
