Allegheny Health Network seeks an analytics professional to support financial, operational, and clinical performance. The role partners with hospital and physician groups to explain trends using G/L and patient-level data, mentoring junior analysts as needed.

You will deliver ad-hoc analyses, variance assessment, and executive summaries, combining financial with operational insights to drive improvements across services and departments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field, or 6 years of related experience
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial, operational, clinical data and other key datasets
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and illuminate strategic insights
• Ability to multitask and manage time to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across the organization
• Self-starter who drives progress on major projects with minimal supervision

Mansioni

• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for business trends and leadership
• Analyze variances vs budget/forecast and identify improvements
• Supplement financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context
• Quantify impact of changes in patient mix, procedure mix, or payor mix
• Create and present executive-level summaries with findings and recommendations
• Other duties as assigned or requested
