Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; analyze diverse data including financial and operational metrics.
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and illuminate strategic insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across the organization.
• Self-starter with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses for business trends and leadership requests.
• Analyzes variances to budgets and forecasts to identify improvements.
• Combines financial and operational/clinical data for holistic insights.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of patient and service mix changes.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Supports mentoring and development of junior analysts.
