Qualifications

• Ability to analyze financial, operational, and clinical data for insights.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses for major initiatives and leadership requests.
• Analyze variances vs budget/forecasts and identify improvement opportunities.
• Incorporates operational/clinical data to provide broader business context.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of changes.
• Develops executive summaries with recommendations and takeaways.
• Other duties as assigned.
