• Ability to analyze diverse data including financial results, operational metrics, and clinical outcomes.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into strategic insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaborations.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Conduct detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by Finance leadership.
• Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts to identify opportunities.
• Augment financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Use rate/volume calculations to assess the impact of patient or procedure mix changes.
• Create and present executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
