Allegheny Health Network is seeking a analytics professional to support the organization’s financial, operational, and clinical performance. You will partner with hospital and physician stakeholders to analyze detailed data, explain trends, and quantify key drivers.

You will mentor junior analysts, perform ad-hoc analyses, compare to budget/forecast, and present executive summaries with recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to analyze financial, operational, and clinical data.

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses for business trends or leadership requests.
• Analyzes variances to assess performance and identify improvements.
• supplements financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Quantifies impact of changes in patient, procedure, or payor mix.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
