Job summary

Talkiatry is expanding access to high-quality behavioral health by partnering with health systems nationwide. We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Director (individual contributor) to lead new health system partnerships in the Northeast from a remote-first setup.

You will build executive relationships and own the partnership lifecycle from outreach to launch. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise partnerships with health systems and a track record of independently driving

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise partnerships experience with health systems or IDNs.
Proven ability to source, develop and close new opportunities independently.
Experience building executive relationships with health system leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new health system partnerships.
Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through launch and growth.
Build executive connections with physician leaders, behavioral health executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
Navigate complex health system organizations and align Talkiatry's value with priorities.
Maintain knowledge of health system landscape to shape territory strategy.
Lead pipeline management and forecasting for new partnership opportunities.
Represent Talkiatry at conferences and industry events to expand relationships.
