Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead complex client transitions and implementations. You will partner with health plans and strategic employers, coordinate with Navitus SMEs, and drive projects from kickoff through go-live while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 4+ years of PM experience, a business/healthcare degree, and knowledge of PBM and Medicare/ Medicaid programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years' project management experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Compliance objectives awareness.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client-facing projects from initiation to go-live.
• Travel to client sites as required and coordinate with Navitus SMEs.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and requirements gathering with clients.
• Maintain detailed project plans and status reporting to clients and management.
• Address escalated issues and support post-implementation reviews.
• Provide go-live support and travel as needed.
