Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead complex client transitions and deployments. The role emphasizes building trust with health plans and employer clients, coordinating with Navitus SMEs, and ensuring smooth implementation with clear communication and thorough documentation.

The candidate will manage readiness, kick-offs, requirements, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews while traveling as needed to meet client

Qualifications

• 4 years of project management experience with external clients
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry preferred
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid/ACA products is advantageous
• Ability to adhere to compliance objectives and collaborate with teams

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness assessments and engage in sales initiatives
• Serve as primary client interface with travel as required
• Plan and facilitate Kick-off meetings and requirements gathering
• Document requirements and obtain client approvals before builds
• Maintain detailed project plans and weekly status reporting
• Escalate and manage client, member, or project issues
• Provide go-live support via remote or on-site access
• Conduct Post Implementation Review meetings and support related projects
