Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to join our team. This role will lead complex implementations for health plans and strategic employers, manage client relationships, and ensure successful transitions to Navitus services. Travel will be required as projects demand.

The IPM collaborates with Navitus SMEs, drives readiness, coordinates kickoff, and guides clients through discovery, requirements, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years’ project management experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry; Medicare/Medicaid/ACA knowledge preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel.
• Lead kickoff meetings for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist with impact analysis to determine requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval before builds.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and items log for monitoring.
• Monitor progress and report status weekly to management and Client.
• Provide go-live support via remote, on-site, or client-site access; travel as needed.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
