Job summary

UKG in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Sr. Sales Consultant to drive revenue for the workforce operating platform. You will develop and execute a sales strategy, conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients, and build a pipeline through networking events to generate new leads.

Expect to update HubSpot daily, manage onboarding paperwork with implementation, and follow up with prospects. Travel up to 25% is required; base pay starts at $70,000 with incentive potential.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a sales role or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute a successful sales strategy to grow revenue and achieve quota.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and existing clients to promote our products.
• Join and attend networking events and industry specific groups to develop new leads.
• Update our CRM system (HubSpot) in a timely manner with your daily activities.
• Submit accurate and complete paperwork to implementation and work with implementation throughout the new client onboarding process to ensure a successful onboarding for clients.
• Follow up with all prospects in a timely manner and schedule future activities in HubSpot to ensure timely future follow up.
• Adhere to and live Inova Core Values in daily activities.
