Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Sales Consultant in the United States to drive revenue through strategic client engagements. The role requires meeting quotas, promoting products, and developing new leads while maintaining HubSpot CRM updates and collaborating with implementation during onboarding.

The base salary is $70,000 with opportunities for commissions and RSU awards under a performance-based incentive plan. Travel up to 25% may be required, and benefits are described in UKG materials.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a sales role or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute a successful sales strategy to grow revenue and achieve quota.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and existing clients to promote our products.
• Join and attend networking events and industry specific groups to develop new leads.
• Update our CRM system (HubSpot) in a timely manner with your daily activities.
• Submit accurate and complete paperwork to implementation and work with implementation throughout the new client onboarding process to ensure a successful onboarding for clients.
