Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Sales Consultant to drive revenue by engaging with prospective and existing clients and promoting our workforce operating platform. You will develop and execute sales strategies, schedule meetings, and expand our client base across the region.

You will update HubSpot CRM, collaborate with implementation during onboarding, attend events, and uphold UKG values while targeting quota attainment. Travel up to 25% with a base salary around $70k plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a sales role or related experience.
• Ability to meet revenue quotas.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute a successful sales strategy to grow revenue and achieve quota.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and existing clients to promote our products.
• Join and attend networking events and industry groups to develop new leads.
• Update our CRM system (HubSpot) with daily activities.
• Submit accurate and complete paperwork to implementation and work with implementation for onboarding.
