Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Sales Consultant, HCM in Denver, CO. You will identify, cultivate, and close new opportunities for payroll, HR tech, benefits, and compliance services, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to implementation coordination.

The role requires prospecting, discovery meetings, and strong relationship building with brokers and clients. Domestic travel is expected, with a focus on meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in HCM sales or related roles in a results-driven environment.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline, prospecting new business, and presenting to clients.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated HCM territory.
• Cultivate broker and channel partner relationships to source qualified leads.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and timelines.
• Prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close and onboarding coordination.
• Travel domestically to attend client visits and partner meetings.
