Vensure Employer Solutions in Los Angeles seeks a results-oriented HCM Business Consultant to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities in payroll, HR technology, benefits administration, compliance, and related workforce services. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach through proposal, negotiation, close, and implementation coordination.

Proven negotiation, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and the ability to travel domestically are essential as you build

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years HCM sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline, prospecting for new business, conducting client presentations, and meeting sales goals preferred.
• Prior sales experience with payroll, PEO, HR technology, or benefits preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).

Responsabilités

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for HCM solutions.
• Build referral relationships with brokers, channel partners, and other strategic partners.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies (cold calling, networking, email outreach, social selling).
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and vendor relationships.
• Present HCM solutions including pricing, implementation expectations, and service models.
• Prepare proposals, summaries, pricing options, and client presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, scope of services, and contract terms.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and coordinate resources for implementation.
• Partner with implementation and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.
