Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, HCM to identify and close new business for payroll, HR technology, benefits, and compliance services. You will manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to proposal, pricing, and implementation coordination.

You will cultivate referrals, conduct discovery meetings, present tailored HCM solutions, and maintain an accurate pipeline. Frequent domestic travel and cross-functional collaboration with implementation teams are required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of HCM sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and presenting to clients.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated HCM territory.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and channel partners.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and criteria.
• Prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.
• Own full sales cycle from lead to close and post-sale transition.
• Travel domestically as required for meetings and events.
