Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in California seeks a Business Sales Consultant, HCM to identify and close new opportunities for payroll, HR tech, benefits, and related services. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, using a consultative approach with prospective clients.

You will build a strong pipeline, coordinate with implementation teams, travel domestically, and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years HCM sales experience preferred.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for HCM solutions.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with brokers and channel partners to generate qualified opportunities.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies: cold calling, email, social selling, market research, partner referrals.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and decision criteria.
• Present HCM solutions including pricing, implementation timelines, and service scope.
• Prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with stakeholders.
• Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Coordinate with implementation and service teams for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and forecasted revenue.
• Travel domestically for meetings, events, and partner visits.
