Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Arizona is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, HCM, to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities for payroll, HR technology, benefits, and related services. You will manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close and implementation coordination.

The role requires at least two years of HCM sales experience and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. Travel is expected to attend client visits and partner meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• More than two (2) years of HCM sales experience required in a results-driven environment.
• Prior sales experience with payroll, PEO, HR technology, or benefits preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for HCM solutions.
• Build and maintain referral relationships to generate qualified HCM sales opportunities.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies to access key decision makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and vendor relationships.
• Present HCM solutions aligned with client needs and pricing options.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines with internal stakeholders.
