Paychex is seeking a strategic PEO sales professional in Novato, CA to advise executives and close high‑value deals across HR, payroll, benefits and compliance. You’ll lead multi‑stakeholder conversations and own the sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 5+ years of Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, relationship development, and your professional network.
• Sell a full PEO solution including HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead consultative, multi‑stakeholder conversations with business owners and executive buyers (C‑suite, CFO, HR leaders).
• Manage a strategic sales process with high‑value deals and deep discovery.
• Build and leverage referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close.
