This role emphasizes strategic conversations, robust networks, and a track record of driving revenue growth in PEO or adjacent industries.

Qualifications

• Professional sales experience in PEO, HCM, BPO, staffing, or adjacent industries (SaaS, insurance, financial services).
• Strong ability to sell in a consultative, relationship-driven environment with complex deals.
• Experience engaging executive-level buyers and navigating multi-stakeholder decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, relationship development, and your professional network.
• Sell a full PEO solution including HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder conversations with business owners and executive buyers (C-suite, CFO, HR leaders).
• Manage a strategic sales process with high-value deals and deep discovery.
• Build and leverage referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close.
