Job summary

Paychex seeks a seasoned PEO sales professional in San Francisco, CA to advise executives and close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals. You’ll build trusted relationships and own the full cycle from prospecting to close.

You will sell HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management as part of a fully bundled HCM solution. This is a strategic advisory role with uncapped earning potential and strong opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales or sales management experience.
• 2+ years of relevant sales/sales management experience.
• H.S. Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, relationship development, and your professional network
• Sell a full PEO solution including HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder conversations with business owners and executive buyers (C-suite, CFO, HR leaders)
• Manage a strategic sales process with high-value deals and deep discovery
• Build and leverage referral networks and strategic partnerships
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close
