Job summary

Paychex is seeking a seasoned PEO sales professional to advise executive buyers and lead high-value deals across HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You’ll leverage a broad referral network and strategic partnerships to build trusted relationships and win enterprise opportunities.

In this full-time role based in the United States, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—while representing a bundled solution that helps organizations manage risk and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience or equivalent measured performance.
• Experience selling in PEO/HCM, SaaS or related fields is required.
• Ability to engage C-suite and senior executives confidently.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting and relationships.
• Sell a full PEO solution including HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, risk.
• Lead multi-stakeholder conversations with executives (C-suite, CFO, HR).
• Manage a strategic sales process with high-value deals.
• Build referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
