Job summary

Paychex is seeking a high‑performing PEO Sales professional to advise C‑suite executives and cross‑functional buyers on bundled HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management solutions. You’ll drive strategic, non‑transactional conversations focused on enterprise impact.

You’ll build trusted advisory relationships, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and leverage referrals and partnerships to grow revenue in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma – Required.
• 5 years of experience in PEO Sales.
• Valid Driver’s License – Required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, relationship development, and your professional network.
• Sell a full PEO solution including HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead consultative, multi‑stakeholder conversations with business owners and executive buyers (C‑suite, CFO, HR leaders).
• Manage a strategic sales process with high‑value deals and deep discovery.
• Build and leverage referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close.
