Fin is seeking a Recruiter to support strategic hiring across our GTM and G&A teams, driving full-cycle recruitment and partnering with leadership to differentiate the company in the market.

You will build diverse pipelines, use data to inform decisions, and provide an excellent candidate experience. The role offers hybrid in the Greater Chicago Area with a base salary of $117,000–$140,000 plus bonus and RSUs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high growth tech environment.
• Expertise and talent market intelligence across business teams (GTM and GA functions).
• Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent.
• Proven track record of partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fin's leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
• Influences and advises stakeholders on their recruiting approach, strategy, and processes.
• Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract and convert talent through creative sourcing tactics.
