Fin is seeking a Recruiter to lead full cycle GTM and G&A hiring in the Greater Chicago Area. You will partner with leadership to design recruiting strategy, build diverse pipelines, and drive data-driven decisions that align with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage Intercom-related knowledge, and contribute to a high-growth tech organization known for its hybrid work model and strong emphasis on candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting in a high growth tech environment.
• Experience with GTM and G&A hiring and talent market intelligence.
• Proven ability to partner with GTM leaders to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fin's leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
• Advise stakeholders on recruiting approach, strategy, and processes.
• Create diverse pipelines and attract talent through creative sourcing tactics.
• Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search and drive solutions.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
