Profound, a fast-growing AI marketing platform, is hiring a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for non-technical roles in a high-velocity environment. You’ll build scalable sourcing engines, partner with founders to define interview processes, and craft high-touch outreach.

The role is on-site in NYC or SF, with a base salary range of $160,000 to $215,000 plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package; final compensation is determined during interviews.

• Experience hiring sales and marketing talent at fast-growing startups.
• Ability to define interview loops and SLAs with founders and hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and run full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles (sales, marketing, CS, operations, finance).
• Build scalable sourcing engines across outbound, referrals, and talent communities.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and tight SLAs.
• Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience reflecting our mission and pace.
• Instrument the funnel through ATS hygiene, dashboards, and ROI insights, iterating quickly.
