Fin is seeking a Recruiter to lead full cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A teams, partnering with leadership as a strategic talent advisor across the organization. This role focuses on building diverse pipelines, data-driven decision making, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Fin offers a hybrid work policy with a compensation package that may include a corporate bonus program, sales incentive, and RSUs.

Formación

• 4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high growth tech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Fin's Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand their needs and hiring goals.
• Advise stakeholders on recruiting strategy and processes to improve outcomes.
• Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract talent through creative sourcing tactics.
• Attract passive candidates by storytelling of company strategy and goals.
• Use data to diagnose recruiting challenges and implement solutions.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and be a trusted partner.
