Job summary

Fin is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle GTM and G&A hiring, partnering with leaders to design strategy and differentiate Fin in the market. You will build diverse pipelines, attract top talent through compelling storytelling, and use data to optimize recruiting processes across the organization.

You will work with leadership to develop strategic recruitment plans, improve candidate experience, and help scale our growth in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high growth tech environment.
• Expertise across GTM and G&A functions.
• Creative recruiting approach to attract and convert talent.
• Proven track record partnering with GTM leaders to hit hiring goals.
• Data-driven with ability to use metrics to inform decisions.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to building diverse pipelines.
• Aligned with Fin's values; growth mindset, collaboration, urgency, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fin's leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
• Influences and advises stakeholders on their recruiting approach, strategy, and processes.
• Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract and convert talent through creative sourcing tactics.
• Attracts and converts passive talent through effective storytelling of company strategy and business goals.
• Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions and influence stakeholders.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
