Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring a Recruiter to lead full cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A teams. You will partner with leadership, build diverse pipelines, and use data to drive hiring decisions in a fast-moving tech environment.

You will attract top talent through compelling storytelling of company strategy and goals, while delivering a superb candidate experience and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full cycle GTM/Sales recruiting in a high growth tech environment.
• Expertise across GTM and G&A functions with data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to partner with GTM leaders to meet hiring goals.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Fin’s leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand needs.
• Advise stakeholders on recruiting strategy, process improvements and approaches.
• Build diverse pipelines and attract talent via creative sourcing.
• Storytell about company strategy to convert passive candidates.
• Use data to diagnose search challenges and propose solutions.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as trusted partner.
