The recruiter will source and hire sales professionals while partnering with leadership teams. The position offers a hybrid schedule of at least 3 days per week in-office along with a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $113,500 annually.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in Sales or GTM environments.
• Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates.
• Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets.
