Employer.com, in partnership with Salesforce, is seeking an experienced contract Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles across multiple U.S. locations.

This six-month hybrid engagement requires three days on-site at a Salesforce hub and a proven ability to move high-volume GTM talent quickly. You will build pipelines, proactively source from competitors, and align with Sales leadership to articulate the Salesforce Agentic Enterprise value to candidates.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of recruiting experience with a focus on Sales, GTM, or commercial roles.
• Proven track record in fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environments.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at a Salesforce hub (SF, NYC, CHI, ATL).
• Strong passive candidate sourcing using direct-sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and stakeholder storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop targeted outreach campaigns to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Source from competitors and influence senior hiring managers throughout the process.
• Partner with Sales leadership to understand role requirements and fit.
• Track progress using Workday, Slack, and other interview tools.
