Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to join our team!

The Sr. Manager will oversee strategic growth and manage proposals from RFPs to BAFOs, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to enhance win rates and pricing strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process optimization, and leadership of a growing proposals team. Remote work is available with state approvals.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
5+ years of experience in business growth, proposal development, outbound strategies, and win/loss analysis.

Aufgaben

Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities with Sales and leaders to shape pursuit strategies.
Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention efforts).
Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and cross-functional deliverables.
Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and quality controls.
Strengthen manufacturer relationships and pricing strategies for greater client value.
