Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and a track record of strong performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to build a sales pipeline.
• Outreach to prospective agents via calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Articulate Compass value proposition and handle objections.
• Partner with agents to identify referral opportunities and transition to closing.
• Collaborate to develop prospecting strategies and refine processes.
• Document activities in our CRM and maintain data quality.
