Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager II to acquire new accounts across North America and beyond. You will identify prospects, conduct outreach, and close deals by offering Amcor’s packaging solutions to strategic customers.

You will manage account planning, pipeline, and negotiations, partnering with Marketing, R&D, and Account Managers to drive revenue growth and onboarding of new business opportunities. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management.
• Experience in negotiations and deal closing.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Execute on leads from marketing and identify key prospects.
• Contact decision makers, manage cold calls, and develop relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Management, Marketing, R&D and Field Service for trials and onboarding.
• Maintain Account Planning and Pipeline in CRM, track profitability and churn.
