Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager II to acquire new accounts and drive revenue growth across the North American region. You will identify prospects, contact decision makers, and arrange meetings to understand customer needs and present Amcor's packaging solutions.

This role partners with Account Managers, Marketing, and R&D to execute growth strategies, supports onboarding, and manages CRM-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within the packaging industry.
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new accounts and close deals in North American region.
• Identify prospects, contact decision makers, and set up meetings.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, and Account Managers for onboarding.
• Maintain account plans, pipeline, and monthly/weekly reporting.
