Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager II to acquire new accounts and drive revenue within a national/international North American sales region. The role involves engaging with decision makers, managing 5–10 leads, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to promote Amcor’s solutions.

You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and execute strategic plans to expand Amcor’s footprint, with a focus on delivering growth and profitability across major customer segments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within the packaging industry.
• Experience in working in a large-scale business-to-business environment.
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth and create customer engagement from new accounts.
• Prospect for new customers and drive new business opportunities.
• Identify contacts, manage cold calls, and generate leads.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support onboarding and trials.
